Lamborghini safety car for Eden Valley Hillclimb

A stunning Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera LP570-4, valued at over $300,000 will act as the official safety 'Zero' car for the inaugural Eden Valley Hillclimb on Sunday 13 December 2015.

The Lamborghini safety car will be crewed by 2015 Classic Adelaide runner-up and 2013 Targa Tasmania winner Dennis Sims, who will be joined by accomplished driver and son Matt Sims.

The South Australian father and son team will be making final checks of the course before each run gets underway.

Auto Corsa Group co-director, Stuart Benson said: "We're very excited to have Dennis and his Lamborghini perform this vital safety role for the inaugural event. The Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera LP570-4 is a stunning car both in sight and sound and one that will be enjoyed by spectators, entrants and officials alike."

At 3.5km the Eden Valley Hillclimb is the longest event of its type in South Australia. The course will comprise a challenging closed-road section of Sedan Hill Road (Stott Highway) between the picturesque North Eastern towns of Keyneton and Sedan.

Competition will kick off at 10.00am.
